At Rupani Academy, we believe education should inspire students to become curious, compassionate, and globally minded learners. As MYP Coordinator, I am delighted to welcome you to the Middle Years Programme (MYP), a dynamic and challenging framework designed for students aged 11–16.
The MYP empowers learners to develop critical thinking, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility while preparing them to navigate an ever-changing world with confidence. Through inquiry-based learning and conceptual understanding, students make meaningful connections across disciplines and apply their knowledge to real-world contexts.
Guided by the IB Learner Profile and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills, our students grow into effective communicators, collaborative problem-solvers, and lifelong learners. We foster a supportive environment that encourages curiosity, personal growth, and respect for diverse perspectives, while providing opportunities for meaningful service and community engagement.
As a bridge between the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP), the MYP promotes both academic excellence and holistic development. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, values, and mindset needed to thrive in a global society.
